The A-type inspection body of LLC “Mshen-Expert” is accredited by the LEPL “Unified National Accreditation Body – Accreditation Center” according to the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17020:2012/2013 international standard.
The inspection body is accredited in the following areas:
- Cost estimate inspection/conformance determination;
- Inspection of completed work reports (Form No. 2);
- Inspection of technical condition;
- technical supervision-inspection;
- Inspection of project documentation (architecture, structural part, engineering-geological survey, engineering parts, labor safety, hydrotechnical structures).
The ISO accreditation of the inspection body “Mshen-expert” is a guarantee that the inspection report issued by it will be acceptable to any state authority.

Mission

“Mshen-Expert” was established in 2008 to carry out expertise of construction projects and buildings, projects and individual structures. During these years, he has acquired extensive practical experience and has performed numerous design and expert work, including on particularly responsible projects. It has established itself in the market as a successful, objective, reliable and responsible partner with a professional team.
“Mshen-Expert” is a development-oriented organization, where renowned scientists, doctoral and master’s students, as well as successful experts in the field of construction work. Currently, 60 experts and technical supervisors are deployed.
The company received accreditation on April 1, 2016, from the LEPL “Unified National Accreditation Body – Accreditation Center”. As an A-type inspection body, “Mshen-Expert” has been carrying out only inspection work in accordance with the accredited areas since the date of accreditation.
Experience
From 2008 to the present, technical supervision of various buildings and structures, both industrial and residential, public, hydrotechnical, dams, bridges, sports fields, stadiums, terminals, port facilities, reservoirs, roads, retaining walls and other responsible facilities, project expertise, evaluation of completed works and examination of existing buildings and structures – determination of compliance with the project – inspection.
